Membership in the STAY UA Support Hub is free.

Do I have to renew my membership periodically?

Enrollment is for a two-year period. At the end of two years, members will receive a reminder to renew their membership and to update their information.

What is the minimum age to qualify as a member?

The minimum age to join the STAY UA Support Hub is 60 years.

Do I have to be a member to receive the listed support services?

Yes, membership is required, but it is free of charge. By becoming a member, you are entered into our service database, streamlining the request and fulfillment process.

What if I need support services beyond what is listed?

Our Service Coordinator will review your service request and determine if it can be fulfilled through a referral to the UA CARES Program or other community-based support services.

Why does the website address for the STAY UA Support Hub say “helpfulvillage.com?”

The City of Upper Arlington has contracted with an online platform called Helpful Village that provides the technology behind our STAY UA Support Hub. This is a platform that is used by many communities with Village models for their older adult support programs.
